It’s the name of a new book by Vincent Bugliosi. www.prosecutionofbush.com I spent an interesting 40 minutes or so (the rest of the hour was spent on news and commercials) listening to Mark Thoma interview the famous attorney and author about the new book. KUDOS to MT for a decent interview and kudos to VB for his book. Thoma is a good head, but often more pomp and puss (you could say pomp’us, or pompous or pampas (if you raise beef in the Argentine plain) than the subjects warrant, but his aim is good. That’s WMAY AM (animus moderation) at 970 on your dial.
The $26.95 book has been at bookstores for about two weeks, and to hear Bugliosi explain it, national media have ignored him — the FOX and those whom I call “those of founders’ ways.” I listen to WMAY as much as I listen to WUIS (91.9 florid melange) and WGN (amiable madcaps), No one has mentioned Bugliosi’s book.
The author does not suggest the impeachment of #43. He says civil action should follow the move out of 1600 Pennsylvania Ave. and into the rest of his years awash in shame and infamy.
The time to hesitate is through. The time to mention the book is NOW. The time to buy the book is NOW. The time to read the book is NOW.
I’m going to ask for it at my public library. I will tell you how it goes next week.
